Grain Operations Manager Job

My team and I are working with a well-respected Ag Company that's looking to add a Grain Operations Manager
to their team of industry professionals! Must be a knowledgeable, organized, and detail-oriented candidate that takes pride in good customer service and builds relationships with customers and the team.
Grain Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Manage grain operations and provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service while maintaining the efficiency necessary to achieve maximum profit.
Establish and implement a program for the grain operation including housekeeping, safety and equipment maintenance to avoid breakdowns and limit safety hazards. Work with Location Managers on all safety and compliance issues.
Enhance employee effectiveness and improve member relations.
Establish and implement short-term goals that are consistent with long range plans for growth in operation, including facility, equipment, and personnel.
Utilize personnel to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
Work closely with the Agronomy Operations Manager and other Location Managers to ensure employees and assets are utilized to full potential
Supervise operations personnel through responsible training clear job assignment definition and explanation.
Minimum Qualifications (required):
High school diploma or equivalency degree
5 plus years of agriculture retail experience
2 plus years of supervisory experience
Ability to work extended hours in season
Understand basic business principals of inventory management
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Agriculture related program
Agribusiness/Location management experience
