Job Description:
Located in Central CA, this manufacturing facility is looking for a strong hands on Shop Manager familiar with CNC and Swiss screw machines. Responsibilities will include assisting with programming, troubleshooting, set ups, training of employees, process improvements, capital equipment projects, and improving work flow. Qualifications for this position include at least 5 years experience managing a department, along with hands on experience doing set ups, tooling, machine layouts, and troubleshooting CNC and/or Swiss screw machines in a high volume machining environment.
