Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain for North America Womens Retail and E-commerce business channels. Daily communication with PVH HUB Operations team who will track the timing of inventory from the buy pass to the in stock dates. They will coordinate all risks and opportunities to ensure on time delivery. Act as the liaison between the business channel, supply planning, and logistics. Providing on time delivery information, air analysis and follow up on chase inquiries. Provide support on high level leadership reporting. Participate in SAP business task force.
Responsibilities:
- Work with PVH HUB Supply Operations teams to track major milestone dates for the retail team
- Work with the Logistics team to track major milestone dates for retail team
- In collaboration with India Supply Operations, weekly analysis of deliveries by vendor
- Prepare for and hold weekly CFT Shipment meetings with Retail/E-com business channels
- Work with PVH HUB operations team to ensure timely and accurate PO issuance
- Seasonal and monthly consolidation of final buys
- SAP task force, escalation of issues and errors and solve for root cause. Identify opportunities to improve and enhance our working process
- Aid in creating weekly shipment summaries for all business channels
- Support Sr. Director with monthly leadership reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ yrs experience apparel production/supply chain operations. SAP and analytics experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational and follow through skills
- Knowledge of time and action calendars
- Attention to detail
- Strong PC Skills (MS Office, including Excel)
- Ability to learn custom computer system
