Immediate opening for a Production Manager in a very busy dealership environment. This is definitely a job where the person will wear many hats every day. Duties include coordinating with estimators to expedite flow of work through the body shop, contact with insurance companies and customers, always keeping things moving along, working closely with the Blue Printer to direct Lean Process system. Requires 5-10 years autobody estimating or administrative work, high energy personality able to multi-task and turn on a dime to meet the needs of the day. Lots of volume from DRP's and captive customer base, plenty of pressure and the satisfaction of a job well done with every car delivered. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and have a Colorado drivers license with good MVR.
