About this role:
This Coop candidate will be a member of the UPS Information Technology Office of CIO Finance & Accounting team.  This team supports the budgeting and accounting processes for UPS Global Information Technology. The position entails running financial reports, processing payment requests and assisting with general support functions while improving operational efficiencies in the group. 
The successful candidate must be able to multitask and communicate clearly and effectively. Proficient in Microsoft office suite of applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with basic finance and accounting principles such as discounted cash flow analysis, GAAP guidelines, journal entry preparation and budget analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite of applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Must be able to work 15 - 20 hours per week while school is in session. Potentially work 40 hours per week during the summer months.
Where permitted by applicable law, employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by their date of hire/placement to be considered for employment. Fully vaccinated means two weeks after receiving the second shot for Pfizer and Moderna, or two weeks after Johnson & Johnson.
