You'll become well trained to cover all aspects of store operations, achieve key performance and financial objectives, as well as directional and performance planning. Be part of it! Overall, we are looking for someone who takes pride in being a great merchant, a passionate leader, and committed to making sure every customer experience is better than the last!Here are some ways you will make an impact:nAssists with the management of all aspects of Store operations including customer service, store condition and the selection, training, supervising, and performance management of Store Sales AssociatesnAssists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to storenCollaborates with team members to ensure the store meets or exceeds the established merchandising standards for product quality, presentation and visual marketing/merchandisingnKeep up with reporting to support sales, earnings, and minimizing shrinknAssumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Store ManagernIf this sounds like you, make sure you also meet these requirements:nnTwo (2) or more years of retail management experience Prefer management experience in retail or grocery store environments nnnPhysical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder heightnnSchedule Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidaysnYou must be 18 years of age or oldernnHigh School Diploma / EquivalentnSuccessfully pass our pre-employment checks, including a drug screen and criminal background checknnnValid driver's license and safe driving record per GFS policynNote: Please make sure you use a valid email so we can follow up with you and let you know what's happening next in the process!
