Deli Manager required for a Service Station in Co. Tipperary
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of fresh food deli management experience
Must have experience in ordering and managing waste
Be up to date in HACCP and food safety training
Self-motivated and a passion for foodservice
Has experience in managing ten and more staff
Main Duties
Manage the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance
Manage product storage and rotation
Assist in the preparation of inventory and sales budgets
Control staff costs and prepare rosters
Assist in interviewing, hiring and training staff
Respond to any queries or complaints
Ensure all follow company policies and procedures
Ensure products are properly labelled
Oversee and ensure that facilities are maintained neat, clean and safe at all times
