POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for CKJ/CKJA/CKA demand planning. The role needs to work closely with merchandising and commercial team to plan merchandising sales and to ensure the business target achieved. (Sales, GM, Inventory).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• OTB Process
Review and propose targets for merchandising KPIs such as ST%, Mark Down/Up, AUR/AUC. Review and analysis the historical sales data, combining sales target and inventory forecasting and come up with coming season open-to-buys;
• Monthly LTF Process
Review the sales plan/comp plan and give proposals/comments to commercial teams. Transfer the store plan to the product plans, plan the brands in Sales, Purchase, GM, Markup, Mark down, transfer, and inventory. Review the plan with planning head and see any risk or gap with budget/LTF.
• Monitor the business daily/weekly/monthly and find the reason why the brand performance exceed or below the target. Propose the solutions and take actions to minimize the risks or gaps.
• Budget
Work closely with Merchandising/finance on annual merchandising financial plans, reflecting coming strategies, sales/GM trends by divisions and departments for future directions.
• Reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
• At least 5-8 years retail planning experience, prefer from retail garment industry.
• JDA retail planning system experience is a plus.
Skills:
• Logical thinking, good at statistics;
• Good communication and analysis skills;
• Fluent in English both in oral and written;
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
