Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standardsn6. Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standardsn7. Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standardsn8. Maintain HACCP required product information log sheets as necessaryn9. Perform light meat cutting duties as neededn10. Perform all other duties as assigned by managementn11. Perform PA announcementsnQualificationsn1. Friendly, energetic and outgoing personalityn2. Must be able to actively engage guests and be willing to have fun with our guestsn3. Willingness to perform in front of large crowd and draw attention to the Smokehouse departmentn4. Ability to perform multiple tasks, simultaneouslyn5. Ability to work well with othersn6. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionallyn7. Previous meat cutting/trimming experiencen8. Previous Culinary knowledge and/or background preferredn9. Ability to read and understand information and directionn10. Knowledge of deli as well as meat department operationsn11. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the jobn12. Effective communication, guest service, and selling skillsn13. Must be at least 18 years oldn14. Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of timen15. Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervisionn16. Ability to work well with computersn#LI-KG1
