The Retail Lubricants business is the leading cash contributor for the Americas; as a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic growth priorities for Walmart, Sam’s Club, Tractor Supply and other key accounts.

What is the role
B2B/B2C Commercial Operations Analyst supports our front-line, Walmart, Club and Farm teams and customers. This is a highly rewarding but complex role that operates in the dynamic and continuously evolving business of Retail Lubricants. The selected candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for all Vendor/Supplier related compliance and system processes.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class service.
Take ownership in the resolution of customer issues, inquiries and disputes including but not limited to: Invoicing, Volume, Price and Cash Applications, defectives, and disputes.
Advise commercial staff on implications of non-compliance and process management during deal structuring, negotiations, settlements, and reconciliations.
Manage Price Book for Key Account Managers to ensure seamless customer transaction.
Summarize complex datasets into key messages which can be clearly understood and actioned by key internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement tools and processes to increase efficiency and scalability in line with a customer-back approach.
What we need from you
Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
BS (or higher) in Business is preferred
At least 5 years' related experience
Advanced in the following systems: Retail Link, SAP, Microsoft Office Applications
Experience in Cost Maintenance is a must
Ability to work within a Team and across the organization to achieve consistent and meaningful outcomes.
Experience in Item Creation and Data Management-Item Enrichment is required
Required to produce and publish ad hoc reports as needed/requested
Working knowledge and experience in WalMart Item 360 and Werc’s System
Experience with Ecomm Content, Scorecards and Image updates is preferred
Experience in WalMart and Sam’s Club item creation would be an asset
Knowledge in Madrid- Run Data Reports
Strong analytical ability and must be able to provide recommended “solutions” or action plans as a result of data analysis
Ability to work with data from multiple sources, interpret the data, and turn into actionable conclusions
