Market Operations & In-Store Services Senior Manager

The Market Operations and In-Store Services Senior Manager is responsible for supporting and bringing to life the Territory operational strategy within their market. They will report directly to the Territory Operations and In-Store Services Director and will partner across the market to ensure consistency across all operations functions. This leader will be critical in enabling and delivering upon operational plans in service of the customer with the focus of Business Operations (inventory management, merchandising execution and general operations), Services Operations (in-store) and Fulfillment Operations. Engages with leaders cross functionally to inform and enable localized operation planning and execution. Directly responsible for continuous improvement with the market to achieve financial expectations. This leader is responsible for executing plans that position the market for market share growth, and profitable revenue growth.

Basic Qualifications:
5 years of Management/Leadership experience in Business, Military or related fields
3 years of experience managing and analyzing financial/customer/employee data
2 years of experience in Operations inclusive of Inventory, Merchandising, or Business Services
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher in Business, Management, or related fields
2 years of Multi-unit management experience
Experience managing a technical workforce
