Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Store Operations Technology leads all in-store technology initiatives for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger retail stores. They understand day-to-day operational practices, have extensive knowledge and experience with system implementations and focus on ways to drive efficiencies and profitability through technology improvements. The Sr. Manager, Store Operations Technology stays up to date with new technology available in the market, and reports opportunities to leadership. They are accountable for the overall delivery of the project plans and will work with various levels of the organization to ensure timelines are met, risks are mitigated and the overall success of technology-related projects. They develop technology-related documentation, lead implementations, and manage hypercare. The manager works closely with Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger field teams, internal shared service partners, and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

  • Manages all in-store technology initiatives and projects.
  • Leads RFID pilots, implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support for NA retail stores.   
  • Acts as a liaison between vendors, cross functional partners, and retail stores.
  • Tracks and reports project progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Creates procedure content and direction related to in-store technology initiatives.
  • Manages daily/weekly reporting by extracting raw metadata from source systems and utilizes Excel to transform into actionable insights for both Store and Corporate users.
  • Compiles analytical comparatives using raw metadata from multiple source systems to validate accuracy via Excel.
  • Leads cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration around technology improvements and implementations.
  • Hosts meetings the field to prioritize technology opportunities.
  • Meets with external vendors and attends retail tech conferences to stay current on technology trends.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 Years plus of related experience in retail store technology, RFID and system implementations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree Required.


Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Must have experience in system implementations, project management, understanding and leading change management, and influencing others.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
