Customer service needed from the United States to manage Shopify store
A professional from the United States or similar time zone with perfect spoken English is required.
The position is mainly customer service with the following tasks:
* Place orders to the supplier via email or aliexpress
* Answer customers questions or complaints via phone, chat or email
* Send tracking numbers when available
* Update inventory regularly according to supplier’s inventory list
But it will be highly appreciated if you have other skills as:
* Content writing
* Backlinking
* Community management on Social networks
* UX/UI Design
* SEO (on page and off page audit, keyword research…)
Really I am looking for a multi-purpose professional, but if you do not have, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in this job.
This is an ongoing position. The pay is by the hour, as it will vary from day to day
