The Kroger CRM is responsible for leading the day to day partnership with the customer for both the Biscuit and Confections businesses, ensuring open dialogue is always achieved providing foundation for a long term strategic partnership and resolution on sometimes difficult business decisions. Emphasis placed on expanding and elevating our long-term relationship by linking the goals and vision of the Customer and Mondelēz to deliver a great end experience to the consumer. The CRM is the first point of contact for the assigned Kroger Divisions as well as our DSD retail sales force with focus on ensuring the customer merchandising plans are communicated and executed flawlessly.

Core Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
25% Travel required
3-5 years of experience including a strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems
Extensive knowledge of category and/or Mondelez portfolio specific to category
Prior operational forecasting experience and analyzing consumer trends
Financial skills
Strong financial acumen - understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
Proficiency in forecasting demand and revenue for responsible Customer / Category(s)
Analytics:
Strong analytical skills: able to analyze customer, consumer and category data and make business building decisions based off the analysis
Ability to plan, organize and set priorities
Other:
Strong negotiation/problem solving skills
Superior interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal)
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customer and retail teams, gain trust and respect
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
For salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $125,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and several others.
