Digital Customer Experience Manager – Program Coordinator
What does a Digital Program Coordinator do?
You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to activation ready. You need to have a strong understanding of customer and target audience to be able to translate that into a digital experience. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with Business Units (BU) and Channel marketers to identify target audience, create detailed customer journey maps, establish required program budget and deliver process flowcharts to aid in content design and program execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact to channel and BU teams for digital marketing programs and campaigns
Provide digital guidance and subject matter expertise to channel and BU marketers
Build customer journey maps and process flowcharts to ensure best in class digital customer experience
Conduct customer needs research
Work with activation team and analytics to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal partners, agencies and other vendor partners
Identify new and creative digital growth strategies
Lead design thinking to develop new digital programs and campaigns; ensure cross functional, multi-disciplinary alignment
Serve as Tyson Foodservice digital subject matter expert for internal/external marketing customers and agencies
Work with Digital Customer Experience (DCX) leadership to ensure full funnel campaigns aligned to strategy and BU/Channel objectives
Communicate with internal and external partners to understand their business goals and objectives
Facilitate customer journey mapping for program/campaign execution and creative content development
Manage the digital marketing brief process for Tyson Foodservice serving as single point of contact for digital marketing
Serve as lead digital program architect applying full-funnel tactics including SEO, Social, Programmatic, Email and Web aligned to organization digital strategy
Maintain current understanding of customer needs to optimize audience selection and persona definition
Optimize digital marketing campaign plans and media investments based upon activation team feedback
Facilitate design think work as warranted for long-term, complex projects and initiatives
Ensure program/campaign understanding and handoff to activation team
Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience building digital marketing campaigns leveraging email, web, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in customer journey mapping and engagement funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making
