WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, skills and experiences.

6 years relevant experience.

MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

4 years' experience with financial/business analysis and Excel.

Development of long and short term financial plans

Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills.

Experience in store labor is nice to have but not required

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Strategic Finance. As we implement a multi-year strategy of growth in the North America Marketplace, this role is heavily involved in helping Nike become a best in class vertical retailer. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong financial & analytical skillset that includes data mining, financial modeling along with business valuation. You need to have the ability to problem-solve and ‘connect the dots’ from various sources complemented by being a team player and collaborator. This candidate needs to be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, action-oriented, and results-driven to be successful. Additionally, superb excel skills are required and demonstrated leadership abilities are necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will work with business and finance partners to provide strong analytics to support Nike retail stores. This role will be responsible for driving broad insights and analysis that can shape the business strategy, but also create business models to support the Marketplace growth. Bring your inquisitive and problem solving mindset as you’ll help build the future state of store labor reporting and planning.

On any day you might find yourself working on monthly reporting and forecast, annual or multi-year financial planning, new store financial analysis, financial analysis for fleet review/QBR or crafting new ways to analyze our current stores and total fleet of the future.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll be working with both the North America Strategic Investments and Marketplace Finance team and reporting to Strategic Investments Director. You’ll be partnering with a diverse team of internal Nike partners, including Real Estate, Controlling, Store Operations, HR and other Global and NA business partners.
