Associate Planner - Wholesale - Immediate Hiring

Profile

Reports to: Director of Planning

Position Responsibilities:

• Support and drive the domestic wholesale business through pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, inventory and OTB management, and insightful analysis in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory

• Produce, distribute, and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting

• Partner with wholesale team to develop scenarios, identify new opportunities, minimize liabilities, and propose creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability
• Develop deep understanding of company systems and reporting processes, working collaboratively with IT and end users to identify areas of opportunity and unify cross-departmental reporting
• Develop daily location plans, based on monthly targets and marketing calendars

• Contribute to the maintenance and development of department reporting and analysis tools, including but not limited to: Weekly Account Performance, Shipping Projections, Delivery Selling, and Market Prep Analysis

• Compile data from multiple sources to maintain standard and create ad hoc reporting and analysis

A successful candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ year of experience in planning, buying, allocation, or wholesale

• Excel experience, retail math acumen, and desire to learn

• Strong communication, analytic, time management, and problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to quickly shift priorities, collaborate well with other departments, and take initiative
