You will work with all members of the Retail Store team to maintain customer service standards by supervising the Retail Store Gearhead team, manage inventory, visual merchandising and orders, all while ensuring the store hits metrics for sales and profitability.\u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide coaching & feedback to Retail Store GearheadsFix inventory issues and problem ordersManage cash drawer, spreadsheet and bank depositsAssist Retail Store manager in creating an efficient and effective scheduleAssist with onboarding new staffHelp customers in times of increased store trafficRun daily metrics to determine team performance\u00A0and impactManage back of house logistics, receipts and organization of inventoryManage shop staff and\u00A0non inventory\u00A0services\u00A0QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Knowledge of the gear we sellVisual Merchandising experience is preferredProficient with Computers and Software productsStrong ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences including employees and customersAbility to prioritize and manage conflicting demandsWorking knowledge of\u00A0MS Office productsExperience with Interchange WMS\u00A0About BackcountryOur mission is to connect people to their passions.
