BASIC PURPOSE: The Accounts Representative Team Lead is to help the Love's Financial Department by guiding and supporting their team and their client accounts. They should be knowledgeable in processing collateral and preparing daily funding requests for Love's Financial factoring clients.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Coach and train employees on the processes and systems for the department *Partner with other team leads and the Portfolio Supervisor in talent acquisition *Provide the front-line contact with clients and customers *Resolve escalated customer concerns *Monitor the resolution of issues to prevent losses and maintain clients under compliance *Review portfolio of client accounts and prompt staff to take necessary action *Prepare and purchase client invoices as needed *Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*Education:

*HS Diploma or equivalent required

*

Experience: *

*2-3 years factoring or commercial finance collateral analysis or 2-3 years of management experience in a supervisory role

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

*Skills:

*Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus *Ability to manage changing deadlines and priorities *Ability to assess risk *Ability to manage competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or customer service standards *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to delegate tasks *Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

*Typical Physical Demands: *

*Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping *Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds *Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator *Requires normal range of hearing and vision
