Description:

King University seeks a Coordinator of Residence Life (CRL). Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, the CRL supervises the residence life program consisting of two Area Coordinators, 24 Resident Assistants, and four residence halls.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Coordinator of Residence Life is a full-time, live-in, 12-month employee. In addition to compensation, an apartment, utilities, cell phone, and a fall and spring semester meal plan are included. Bachelor’s degree required. The candidate must have and be able to articulate a personal faith in the Lordship of Jesus Christ and support the mission of King University. Responsibilities:

The CRL is responsible for the total operation of the Residence Life Department. Functions of the position include: selection and supervision of the staff; budget development; oversight of all department policies, procedures, assessments and practices; development of all departmental forms and informational material; and communication with and assignment of all new and returning residential students. The candidate should have experience in management, planning, program assessment, and budget management.
