Role Summary:
The Store Experience team is charged with creating a more meaningful store experience to enhance engagement and satisfaction for customers and employees. The team is comprised of strategic, creative, optimistic, forward thinking team players that enjoy serving as the central hub for human-centered design. Their focus centers on establishing and nurturing strong internal client relationships and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to help bring experiences to life in-store. Additionally, the team leverages cross-functional channels to provide consistency of communication for our customers and employees on the various ways to shop Best Buy.
The Sr. Manager, Store Experience role is responsible for examining the customer/employee and business initiatives to determine how the work functions and feeds into the holistic Store Experience. They will work collaboratively with leaders to understand priorities and initiatives to create the desired store experiences through digital content. This individual will consult and guide teams as they discover, iterate, plan and implement the digital content strategies for all channels within the store experience. The Sr. Manager will need to be strategic, forward thinking and approach the work with an understanding of the total store portfolio and how the various digital channels connect and can be leveraged.

Responsibilities:
1. Future Planning Apply a visionary lens to how solutions impact store experiences. Focusing on how digital content can impact the overall shopping journey
Create, implement and maintain digital content strategies across all store channels
Establish a digital content plan to help achieve the outcomes needed, including objective, customer insights, and critical milestones to when and how digital content can be leveraged to create a better shopping experience
2. Leadership Oversee our creative team to develop specific digital content for various campaigns that meet brand standards
3. Project Management and Integration The position will own the digital content project management workflow, and project prioritization
Identify and implement process improvements for the digital channels
Actively engages in new initiatives and/or acts as catalyst for change
Experience:
8 years of experience in digital content management
4 years of program and project management of design experiences, building and improving process
4 years experience in envisioning, defining, and modeling end-to-end, multichannel customer experiences
Expert knowledge of store design principals and brand standards, human based design, digital graphics or related areas
